Normally all pick ups and drop offs must be made between 8:00am and 4:30pm.

After Hours

Pick ups and drop offs can be arranged 24 hours. Any pick ups and drop offs that occur between 4.40pm - 8.00am may occur an additional $75 out-of-hours fee.

Pick Up Procedure

Go Birdz offer a complimentary transfer service from Kaitaia area hotels and motels. Please give us details of the hotel or motel you will be staying at as you place your initial booking. If you do not have these details handy at time of booking you can forward those to Go Birdz ahead of your arrival.

On the morning of your pick up please call our freephone number to reconfirm your pick up time with us. Please be ready to meet us at motel/hotel reception.
